Great! TV to come to the rescue of Diagnosis Murder fans.

You may have noticed that since the loss of the CBS Justice & CBS Action channels in Summer 2022 (which became Legend & RealityXtra) the replacement branded
channels ceased to air reruns of Dick Van Dyke's murder mystery investigation series "Diagnosis Murder" so it has therefore not been broadcast on UK TV since then, but Great! TV has been airing "Murder, She Wrote" pretty heavily (it's all they've got on all Sunday!) .

They have now added "Diagnosis Murder" to their portfolio of rights to classic shows, and have begun airing it from Season 1 Monday 23rd January at 3pm & 4pm.  It seems fairly likely that they will also broadcast it in blocks like MSW but for now it appears weekdays in double bills at 3pm & 4pm.  Diagnosis Murder ran from 1993-2001 over 8 seasons and there are also several feature length "TV movies" including the pilot from 1992 "A Diagnosis Of Murder" and 2 last films from  2002 " A Town Without Pity" &  "Without Warning"

Other classic shows broadcast by the free to air Great! TV include M*A*S*H, The Persuaders, Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) &
until just recently they had "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire" (the rights of which were maybe taken from Challenge, but the channel seems to have been able to readd the show)

Great! TV was a rebranded name from Sony Channel when Sony sold the channel in the UK.
It is available free to air on satellite and Freeview.
Sky 157 (+1 257), Freeview 50

CBS UK channel changes

CBS Reality - unchanged
CBS Reality+1 - unchanged

CBS Justice - RealityXtra (not sure exactly which replaced what)
CBS Action - Legend (not sure exactly which replaced what)
The Horror Channel - HorrorXtra
(What? they now have Horror as an "xtra" channel but without plain "Horror" as a companion channel to it)

CBS Justice was first known as CBS Drama when the CBS channels launched in the UK in 2009 (they themselves replaced the Zone channels which included Zone Romantica which is what CBS Drama replaced,
